By creating an account on ISP Billing, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your organization.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are issued only where required by law.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. No credit card is required to start. We may modify or discontinue the trial at any time.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it secure, fast, and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
